El projecte Healthy Communities 2030 avan\u00e7a tal i com estava previst i aquest octubre iniciem els mesuraments de seguiment a les poblacions de Cardona i Sallent.<\/b><\/h4>\n

1811 persones s\u00f3n les convocades per tornar-se a mesurar els indicadors de salut i aix\u00ed treure les primeres conclusions sobre aquest estudi cient\u00edfic d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria.\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>\n

Des de la Fundaci\u00f3 Science, Health & Education (SHE) \u2013 Fundaci\u00f3 \u201cla Caixa\u201d, liderada pel prestigi\u00f3s cardi\u00f2leg Dr. Valent\u00ed Fuster, avancem en el projecte <\/span>Healthy Communities 2030<\/b> a Sallent i Cardona (Bages) i iniciem els nous mesuraments de seguiment aquest octubre.<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquest pioner i ambici\u00f3s projecte d\u2019investigaci\u00f3 \u00e9s <\/span>validar que la intervenci\u00f3 en una comunitat \u2014a trav\u00e9s dels programes integrals que han estat dissenyats pel Dr. Fuster i el seu equip cient\u00edfic\u2014 impacta de manera positiva en els h\u00e0bits de vida de la seva ciutadania<\/b>, aconseguint, aix\u00ed, la millora de la salut i de la qualitat de vida, i la reducci\u00f3 del risc de patir malalties cardiovasculars, primera causa de mort al m\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Un total de<\/span> 1811 persones<\/b> (907 a Cardona i 904 a Sallent) van entrar a formar part de Healthy Communities al 2021 durant els primers mesuraments. Ara, es requereix de nou la seva participaci\u00f3 en l\u2019estudi acudint als nous mesuraments de seguiment. Aix\u00f2 permetr\u00e0 a l\u2019equip cient\u00edfic d’aquest projecte treure les primeres conclusions i assegurar la viabilitat del programa fins al 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n

SOBRE HEALTHY COMMUNITIES\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n

Primera fase: Mesuraments de salut\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Per seguir el rigor cient\u00edfic, es va fer una selecci\u00f3 aleat\u00f2ria a partir del cens municipal de Cardona grup intervenci\u00f3-\u00a0 i Sallent -grup control- i es van reclutar 2.300 persones de totes les franges d\u2019edat. D\u2019aquestes, finalment es van mesurar <\/span>907 persones a Cardona i 904 a Sallent<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Es van prendre una s\u00e8rie de mesures com el pes, l\u2019estatura, el per\u00edmetre de la cintura, la pressi\u00f3 arterial, el colesterol, els triglic\u00e8rids, la glucosa en sang, la for\u00e7a muscular, els h\u00e0bits d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, la son, el consum de tabac i el nivell d\u2019estr\u00e8s. Una vegada finalitzada aquesta fase, es van fer arribar uns informes a cada participant on hi const\u00e0ven unes conclusions individuals i unes propostes de millora de salut en cada cas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Segona fase: Tallers formatius\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Les persones mesurades a Cardona -grup d\u2019intervenci\u00f3- van rebre est\u00edmuls per millorar els seus h\u00e0bits de vida a trav\u00e9s de tallers i activitats promogudes des de la Fundaci\u00f3 SHE \u2013 Fundaci\u00f3 \u201dla Caixa\u201d. Sallent, en canvi, va seguir una estrat\u00e8gia pr\u00f2pia de salut comunit\u00e0ria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A Cardona, el 65% de les persones mesurades han participat al programa, ja sigui a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia als tallers formatius, a les jornades presencials o l\u2019acc\u00e9s a la plataforma digital Healthy Communities on es poden trobar tots els continguts en l\u00ednia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tercera fase: Grups d\u2019Ajuda M\u00fatua (GAM)<\/b><\/p>\n

Els GAM (grups d\u2019ajuda m\u00fatua), \u00e9s la fase on les persones participants adopten un nou paper m\u00e9s aut\u00f2nom amb sessions de recolzament i ajuda entre iguals amb l\u2019objectiu de millorar els h\u00e0bits saludables. A Cardona, grup intervenci\u00f3, s\u2019han format diversos grups d\u2019entre 6 i 12 participants que comparteixen un mateix objectiu de salut i fan trobades que, fins ara, han estat dinamitzades per l\u2019equip del projecte. L\u2019objectiu d\u2019aquesta fase -\u00e9s que a partir d\u2019aquest octubre del 2023- els grups continu\u00efn funcionant de forma aut\u00f2noma i efectiva per a la millora i el manteniment dels h\u00e0bits saludables adquirits. D\u2019altra banda, pel fet que aquesta fase no t\u00e9 un final concret, es podran anar formant nous grups d\u2019ajuda m\u00fatua al llarg de tot el projecte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La comparativa entre les dues poblacions \u00e9s b\u00e0sica per al resultat. Per aquest motiu, la participaci\u00f3 dels ciutadans de tots dos municipis \u00e9s molt important per aconseguir l\u2019objectiu final: poder validar cient\u00edficament els programes desenvolupats pel doctor Valent\u00ed Fuster amb la idea d\u2019establir un model que pugui replicar-se en altres pobles i ciutats.<\/span>

Des de la Fundaci\u00f3 SHE convidem<\/span>\u00a0a les 907 persones de Cardona i a les 904 persones a tornar a mesurar-se de nou els indicadors de salut corresponents i veure\u2019n l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 en aquests tres anys de projecte. Les persones participants tornaran a rebre un informe complet de l\u2019an\u00e0lisi dels resultats i propostes de millora individuals.<\/span><\/p>\n
