A partir de l\u2019abril, es formaran diferents grups, amb un lideratge distribu\u00eft o col\u2022laboratiu, i es duran a terme sessions de recolzament i ajuda entre iguals amb l\u2019objectiu de millorar els h\u00e0bits saludables. Els grups seran d\u2019entre 6 i 12 participants i es podran configurar de diferents formes: per objectius de salut i edat, per pertinen\u00e7a a entitat o empresa o per afinitat. En aquestes dues jornades informatives parlarem m\u00e9s en detall sobre com unir-se o configurar un grup i en qu\u00e8 consistiran aquestes sessions de recolzament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acte del dissabte 25 de febrer <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Auditori Valent\u00ed Fuster acollir\u00e0 el dissabte 25 de febrer a les 18.00h una xerrada per a joves a c\u00e0rrec de la<strong> psic\u00f2loga i sex\u00f2loga Agustina Orsi<\/strong>. Ella, a part de dedicar-se professionalment a la ter\u00e0pia individual i de parella, assisteix a instituts d&#8217;arreu del territori per a dur a terme xerrades sobre educaci\u00f3 sexual. Tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 un perfil a Tik Tok amb 125K seguidors on dona consells sobre aquesta mat\u00e8ria. Durant aquesta jornada parlar\u00e0 d\u2019autoestima, sexualitat, model de relacions i consentiment. Tem\u00e0tiques essencials en el benestar emocional dels joves. La seva traject\u00f2ria professional i acad\u00e8mica es centra en la gen\u00e8tica del desenvolupament i la neuroci\u00e8ncia, i la seva relaci\u00f3 amb el comportament hum\u00e0, tamb\u00e9 en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit educatiu.\u00a0 Col\u00b7labora habitualment com a divulgador cient\u00edfic a Catalunya R\u00e0dio, el Diari Ara, La Vanguardia etc. Ens presentar\u00e0 &#8220;L&#8217;art de persistir&#8221;, una aventura meravellosa per l\u2019interior del cervell que ens mostrar\u00e0 el cam\u00ed per seguir avan\u00e7ant en l\u2019\u00e0mbit personal i construir, a la vegada, una societat millor.
