Des de la Fundaci\u00f3 SHE organitzem el dimarts 19 de juliol una <\/span>jornada formativa<\/b> a l\u2019Auditori Valent\u00ed Fuster amb el suport de Fundaci\u00f3 \u201cla Caixa\u201d. En aquesta jornada, que s\u2019iniciar\u00e0 a les 10.00h del mat\u00ed i finalitzar\u00e0 a les 19.00h, s\u2019impartir\u00e0 <\/span>el contingut dels tallers online del projecte Healthy Communities<\/b>. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s donar l\u2019oportunitat a tota la poblaci\u00f3 de formar-se en termes d\u2019h\u00e0bits saludables i alhora ampliar l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia dels participants en una jornada de tallers presencials oberta a tothom.<\/span><\/p>\n

Des de l\u2019inici de la jornada fins al final, part de l\u2019equip de la Fundaci\u00f3 SHE ens trobarem la Sala de les Voltes en un punt d\u2019informaci\u00f3 per tal de donar suport t\u00e8cnic a aquelles persones participants que necessitin resoldre dubtes sobre l\u2019acc\u00e9s a les plataformes digitals del projecte i respondre els q\u00fcestionaris finals de cada taller.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Durant la jornada tractarem continguts relacionats amb les seg\u00fcents tem\u00e0tiques de salut: motivaci\u00f3 al canvi d\u2019h\u00e0bits, activitat f\u00edsica i vida activa, alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, gesti\u00f3 de l\u2019estr\u00e8s i benestar emocional i prevenci\u00f3 del consum de subst\u00e0ncies t\u00f2xiques com el tabac o l\u2019alcohol.<\/span><\/p>\n

Us animem a tots els participants i a totes aquelles persones interessades en millorar els seus h\u00e0bits saludables a assistir a la jornada i poder aprendre de la m\u00e0 d\u2019experts i expertes en cada tem\u00e0tica com el Dr. Xavier Orrit, la Natalia Montilla, la Carla Rodr\u00edguez, l\u2019Alba Ribalta o la Noem\u00ed Franco.<\/span><\/p>\n
