Des de la<\/em><\/strong> Fundaci\u00f3 SHE \u2013 Fundaci\u00f3 \u201cla Caixa\u201d ja hem realitzat els mesuraments de salut del projecte Healthy Communities als centres educatius de Cardona i Sallent durant el mes de novembre. <\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

La primera setmana de novembre es van iniciar els mesuraments dels indicadors de salut als participants de la franja d\u2019edat m\u00e9s jove de l\u2019estudi cient\u00edfic, de 12 a 17 anys. Aquests joves tamb\u00e9 van ser escollits a trav\u00e9s del cens poblacional de Cardona i Sallent mitjan\u00e7ant el sorteig aleatoritzat, per\u00f2 a difer\u00e8ncia de la franja d\u2019edat adulta, en aquest cas, es va utilitzar l\u2019enviament d\u2019una circular informativa a trav\u00e9s dels propis centres educatius per informar-los que havien estat seleccionats. Per acceptar la participaci\u00f3 en l\u2019estudi cient\u00edfic, els tutors legals de cada menor havien de retornar aquest document firmat com autoritzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n

D\u2019altra banda, per garantir el bon transcurs del projecte, l\u2019equip de Healthy Communities ens vam traslladar als centres educatius per realitzar les proves i els q\u00fcestionaris d\u2019h\u00e0bits saludables. Durant les tres primeres setmanes de novembre van ser als centres educatius de Cardona, l\u2019IES Sant Ramon i l\u2019Escola Vedruna, on es van mesurar un total de 140 alumnes, i durant la \u00faltima setmana, es van mesurar 73 alumnes de l\u2019IES Llobregat de Sallent.<\/p>\n

En aquesta primera etapa del projecte, a les persones escollides \u2014tant de Cardona com de Sallent\u2014 se\u2019ls prenen mesures de pes, estatura, per\u00edmetre de la cintura, pressi\u00f3 arterial, colesterol, triglic\u00e8rids, glucosa en sang, for\u00e7a muscular. I se\u2019ls fa un q\u00fcestionari d\u2019h\u00e0bits d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, activitat f\u00edsica, consum de tabac i nivell d\u2019estr\u00e8s. Despr\u00e9s dels mesuraments, cada participant rebr\u00e0 un informe de salut i recomanacions per a millorar-la. Tamb\u00e9 es far\u00e0 un seguiment m\u00e8dic durant tot el projecte que permetr\u00e0 als participants con\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s el seu cos i la seva salut.<\/p>\n

Proper enviament de cartes <\/strong><\/p>\n

Fins ara, s\u2019ha fet el primer enviament de cartes a la poblaci\u00f3 de Cardona i Sallent per informar als possibles participants. Aix\u00ed doncs, fins al moment s\u2019ha comunicat a una tercera part dels seleccionats i seleccionades. Tot i aix\u00ed, encara queden dues tandes m\u00e9s d\u2019enviaments. La seg\u00fcent tindr\u00e0 lloc ara principis de desembre i l\u2019\u00faltima a principis de febrer.<\/p>\n

Primer grup d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Paral\u00b7lelament, amb les persones participants en l\u2019estudi cient\u00edfic de la poblaci\u00f3 intervenci\u00f3, que ja hagin estat mesurades es crearan els primers grups d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 que iniciaran els tallers presencials i online durant el mes de gener de 2022.<\/p>\n
