En concret, les que pertanyin a dues poblacions del Bages: Sallent i Cardona. Aquestes persones tindreu la sort de participar en un projecte de salut pioner i de repercussi\u00f3 internacional.<\/p>\n

Tal i com va dir el Dr. Valent\u00ed Fuster, qui es troba al capdavant de la Fundaci\u00f3 She \u2013 Fundaci\u00f3 la \u201cCaixa\u201d,\u00a0 quan va idear el projecte: \u201cAl programa Healthy Communities s\u00f3n els membres de la mateixa comunitat els quins promouen el canvi del paradigma de salut a la seva ciutat\u201d. <\/strong>Per aix\u00f2, hem volgut fer-vos part\u00edcips des d\u2019un bon inici. Vosaltres sereu la clau per desenvolupar-lo i assegurar l\u2019\u00e8xit.<\/p>\n

Si encara no sabeu de qu\u00e8 tracta Healthy Communities… us ho expliquem! <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Consisteix en el desenvolupament d\u2019un estudi cient\u00edfic per avaluar l\u2019efic\u00e0cia d\u2019una intervenci\u00f3 comunit\u00e0ria posant especial atenci\u00f3 als principals factors de risc de les malalties cardiovasculars. En definitiva, el programa vol demostrar cient\u00edficament<\/strong> que les accions directes de conscienciaci\u00f3 sobre bons h\u00e0bits, milloren la salut de les persones i redueixen el risc de patir malalties cardiovasculars.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El projecte es basar\u00e0 en les dades obtingudes de 1.150 ve\u00efns de Cardona i 1.150 ve\u00efns de Sallent.<\/strong> Per aconseguir el rigor cient\u00edfic es far\u00e0 una selecci\u00f3 aleat\u00f2ria a trav\u00e9s del cens dels dos municipis<\/strong> per tal de trobar persones de totes les franges d\u2019edat. El primer pas seran els mesuraments<\/strong>, tant a Sallent com a Cardona, on es prendran indicadors de salut als participants com el pes, l\u2019estatura, el per\u00edmetre de cintura, la pressi\u00f3 arterial, el colesterol, els triglic\u00e8rids, la glucosa en sang, la for\u00e7a muscular, els h\u00e0bits d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica, la son, el consum de tabac o el nivell d\u2019estr\u00e8s. A partir dels resultats, cada participant, tant de Sallent com de Cardona, rebr\u00e0 un informe de salut complet amb consells i mesures per millorar-la<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Despr\u00e9s, a Cardona \u2013 com a poblaci\u00f3 d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 \u2013 s\u2019iniciaran els programes promoguts per la Fundaci\u00f3 She \u2013 Fundaci\u00f3 La Caixa, mentre que a Sallent, com a poblaci\u00f3 de control, es seguiran les pol\u00edtiques de salut creades i promogudes per l\u2019Ajuntament de Sallent i el CAP Sallent.<\/p>\n

A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, totes dues poblacions rebran suggeriments de millora dels h\u00e0bits saludables a trav\u00e9s de les xarxes socials del projecte.<\/p>\n

Sallent i Cardona, la vostra participaci\u00f3 \u00e9s essencial <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Al mes d\u2019abril vam donar el tret de sortida a la campanya de comunicaci\u00f3 de Healthy Communities per explicar-vos a en qu\u00e8 consisteix el projecte i convidar-vos a participar, en el cas que sigueu seleccionats o seleccionades.<\/p>\n

Ben segur que ja heu comen\u00e7at a veure cares conegudes a les nostres xarxes socials i pels carrers del vostre poble. Es tracta de ve\u00efns i ve\u00efnes d\u2019ambdues poblacions que, per una banda, posen en valor el significat de \u201ctenir una bona salut\u201d i, per l\u2019altra, us conviden a dir que s\u00ed a Healthy Communties.<\/p>\n

Amb Healthy Communities 2030 <\/strong>contribuirem, des de Cardona i Sallent, a demostrar la import\u00e0ncia dels programes continuats per a millorar la salut de les persones, de les comunitats i de la societat. I ho farem gr\u00e0cies a vosaltres, si sou escollits o escollides per participar en el projecte, digueu que s\u00ed per millorar la vostra pr\u00f2pia salut, la dels vostres i lluitar contra l\u2019obesitat, les addicions i les malalties cardiovasculars.<\/p>\n
